IT’S TIME FOR THE HERSHEY HEARTS HEARTBEAT AUCTION/RAFFLE!!
DRAWING WILL BE HELD AT OUR ANNUAL PICNIC, JULY 15, 2006!! WE WILL ALSO BE SELLING TICKETS THAT DAY!!
Enclosed is the list of prizes for the Heart Beat Auction/Raffle. There are three tiers:
Tier I
Tier II
Tier III

$1.00 per ticket or 12 tickets for $10.00
$2.00 per ticket or 3 tickets for $5.00
$5.00 per ticket or 5 tickets for $20.00 |
We encourage everyone to make copies of this list so that family, friends and co-workers can help support Hershey Hearts. If your employer is a matching gift company, tickets you sell at work can help Hershey Hearts twice as much!!
Please help us have another successful Heart Beat Auction! Please mail the prize sheets and ticket money to Hershey Hearts, PO Box 163, Hershey, PA 17033-0163 so that the tickets can be completed and placed in the corresponding prize bags. If you would like, you can include return address labels to help the volunteers fill out the ticket stubs quicker. Please make checks payable to Hershey Hearts.
